Key Accomplishments

• Performed the required site excavation to prepare the patio and frost-wall areas for construction.
• Constructed the new patio with frost walls, providing a foundation system intended to support the completed patio installation.
• Completed the concrete construction included within the patio and frost-wall scope.
• Performed the associated masonry work required to complete the patio construction package.
• Coordinated the sequence of excavation, foundation preparation, concrete and masonry operations required for efficient completion of the work.
• Included and coordinated the required footing inspection as part of the contracted foundation work.
• Provided the Owner with weekly scheduling information for CSD's work in accordance with the executed contract.
• Performed the work in accordance with the Owner's schedule and the requirements established by the executed construction agreement.
• Managed a multi-scope concrete project incorporating earthwork, foundation construction, concrete placement and masonry under a single CSD contract.
• Delivered the project under a contract requiring CSD to warrant its work against deficiencies and defects in materials and workmanship for one year following substantial completion.
• Successfully completed the contracted work by August 27, 2014, providing the Owner with a finished patio supported by the specified frost-wall, concrete and masonry construction.
• Concrete Services Division, LLC was contracted directly by the Owner to construct a new patio at the residential property located at 1283 Kuhn Road in Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania. CSD served as the Prime Contractor, with responsibility for the excavation, concrete and masonry work necessary to complete the new patio and supporting frost-wall construction.
