  • JCC removed the existing main-lift comminutor, level controls, wet-well slabs, grit, solids, debris, and associated equipment required for the new installation.
  • The company constructed a new influent box and installed a new vertical cylindrical fine-screen system for screening, washing, dewatering, and transporting solids from the incoming wastewater.
  • JCC installed fiberglass-reinforced-plastic grating, structural supports, handrails, a double-leaf chain-link access gate, and a reinforced-concrete convenience pad at the main lift station.
  • The company installed a new bypass-pumping connection and modified the main-lift roof to accommodate the new equipment and operating-access arrangement.
  • JCC removed and replaced the existing air-distribution piping, diffuser assemblies, valves, supports, and related components serving the treatment plant’s aeration tanks.
  • The company removed grit and accumulated material from the treatment tanks and repaired leaking concrete joints, cracks, penetrations, and deteriorated surfaces.
  • JCC installed a new aeration system and tested the air piping, valves, diffusers, and distribution arrangement for proper operation.
  • The company installed Owner-furnished replacement components for the settling-tank collector-drive systems.
  • JCC replaced the existing eight-inch settling-tank drain valves and operating stems.
  • The company removed and replaced deteriorated fiberglass roofing, supporting purlins, and handrails at the settling tanks.
  • JCC enlarged and modified the existing reinforced-concrete chlorine contact tank.
